"I’ve been playing Electronic Arts games most nights..."
I’ve been playing Electronic Arts games most nights. They’ve been stable for me. I barely get crashes anymore. Matches load fast too. Updates haven’t messed anything up so far. i don’t have much to complain about right now.

"Online matches have actually been smooth"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the online matches have been running really smoothly for me. It’s been genuinely fun playing with friends, even if I hate to admit I’m enjoying it this much.

"ea.com works fine for me most days..."
ea.com works fine for me most days, but the servers can still be hit or miss. Compared to other gaming services I use, it feels a little less reliable because I’ll randomly get lag or dropped in the middle of a match. It’s not the worst experience, but it’s definitely frustrating when it happens at the wrong time. I just wish it was a bit more stable overall.

"Felt Misled After Being Charged Twice"
I ended up getting charged twice, which made me feel misled. Support did refund the extra charge, so I appreciate that, but it was still annoying to have to chase it down in the first place.

"Purchases are okay, but a little pricey"
Most of my in-game purchases have gone through just fine, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. The prices do feel a bit high sometimes though. Has anyone else felt like the cost is a little much?

"Updates are helpful, but the slow pages could use an apology"
I mostly use ea.com to check game news and patch notes, and to be fair, the recent updates have been easy to find. Fixes also seem to be rolling out fairly quickly, which I appreciate. That said, some pages still load slower than they should, and when that happens it gets frustrating. I’d expect at least an apology or some kind of acknowledgment when the site is acting up, but overall it’s still been useful for keeping up with new content

"Download was smooth for me"
I downloaded the app and the game installed without any problems on my end. It did take a little while, but overall I didn’t run into any issues, so I’d say it went smoothly for me.

"I got my money back pretty..."
I got my money back quickly and didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops, which I appreciated. That said, I do wish the communication had been a little clearer along the way, since I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. Overall, the refund process was easy enough

"I’ve been using the Electronic Arts app..."
I’ve been using the Electronic Arts app quite a bit lately it’s been solid. My games launch without much fuss, updates haven’t gotten stuck, and I haven’t had any annoying login problems so far. It’s not something I think about much, which is kind of the point, I guess. Works well enough for me

"Clear updates and no runaround"
I had an issue with my account after changing my email, so I reached out to EA support. From my side, the experience was straightforward: the replies came back fairly quickly, and they explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense instead of just dropping a generic copy-paste answer.
What stood out most was that they told me the expected wait time and what would happen next, which made it easier to just be patient and not feel like I was getting bounced around. Overall, it felt fair, clear, and honest.

"A bit confusing at first, but it got fixed"
I had some weird bugs with the EA app after an update, and one of my games just wouldn’t launch. I wasn’t sure what was going on at first and got annoyed trying to figure it out. Clearing the cache ended up helping, and support chat walked me through the rest quickly. It was a little confusing, but in the end my games are working again, so I’m still giving 5 stars.

The prices were good and the games felt worth what I paid. I mean, for the money, it just kind of makes sense...

"Matchmaking just feels better lately"
I don’t know exactly what changed, but the matchmaking has been feeling fair recently. Games pop up quickly, and most teams seem balanced enough that my gut reaction is usually, yeah, this feels about right

"Solid Support and Got Me Back In"
I had trouble logging into my ea account and support was able to help me get access again. There was a bit of a wait, but the person I spoke with was friendly, clear, and seemed to know exactly what they were doing, which made me feel a lot more confident about getting it sorted. Overall, a good experience.

"Login stuff is kind of a hassle"
Electronic Arts is fine once I’m actually in my account, but the whole login and verification process has been annoying lately. Sometimes the code takes forever to show up, and other times it just kicks me back to the login page like I didn’t already do it.
I did get it working after a few tries, so it’s not completely broken or anything. There’s just something about it that feels way more frustrating than it should be when I’m only trying to play a game.

"Got back in easily"
I was able to get back in without much trouble, so that part was smooth. The security seems okay overall, though whoever runs this could probably make the process feel a little more polished.

"Pretty good spot for EA games"
I mostly use Electronic Arts to browse and grab EA games, and the library is solid. Most of the big titles are there and easy to find—or, I guess I should say, I haven’t had trouble finding the ones I wanted. Downloads have been available when I needed them, and I haven’t run into any major issues so far. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"I’ve been having a really good time..."
I’ve been having a really good time with the matches so far. The movement feels fluid, and I especially like how responsive the controls are when dodging or turning quickly in the middle of a fight. Most of the time everything just feels easy to pick up and fun to play.

"Changing my subscription was easy"
